Sales Policy
1. Please be sure that a rabbit is the right animal for you, before purchasing!
2. All Sales are Final.
3. Price will reflect quality and rarity of color.
4. Prices are subject to change as animal grows.
5. Rabbits not picked up by agreed upon date can be held for a $1.50 per day boarding fee. As feed prices fluctuate this price is subject to change.
6.Animals leaving my barn are guaranteed healthy. If the animal passes within 7 days of purchase, you must have a vet's letter of cause of death for a refund or exchange. After 7 days vet's letter must prove pre-existing condition. I do not reimburse for vet expenses.
7. A 50% NON_REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold a rabbit. If the rabbit is not picked up by agreed upon date and no further arrangements have been made, the rabbit will be relisted for sale.
8. If you are unhappy with your purchase or decide that a rabbit isn't for you or for whatever reason you no longer wish to own your rabbit, I will ALWAYS take them back in. There will be NO REFUNDS if you decide to surrender your rabbit. If I take a rabbit in from you, I will NOT sell you another one. I do not wish to see my bunnies end up in pet shelters, pet
stores, or neglected or abused.
9. My barn is located at my home. Any visits must be pre-arranged. Showing up announced can result in NO SALE. Please respect my home as you would yours.
10. While visiting the barn, do NOT open any cages!! If I open a cage, do not reach in!! I cannot guarantee that a rabbit will not scratch or bite. This is particularly true with does who have babies. They are very protective.
11. All children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. I am not responsible for any injuries.
12. We do not guarantee any rabbit that is sold will win. We cannot guarantee placement. We will give an honest opinion of the rabbit.
13. It is your responsiblity to be an informed buyer. Please ask questions prior to purchasing to ensure that this is the right pet or show rabbit for you.

Rabbits will only be held for one week without charge. Care fees will apply after the first week until day of pick up no matter the arrangements. Due to costs associated with maintaining a rabbitry (ie electricity, water, feed, maintenance medicines, my family's time) this fee will be $2.00 per day. Once the sale is made, there are no refunds as stated above (All sales are final.) I do not keep a pile of money waiting in case a sales purchase decision is reversed. Money made from sales is usually spent immediately towards feed, supplies, and show fees.
If these policies are too hard to abide by, you may want to consider using a different breeder for your purchases.
